Aycan Fenercioğlu, the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Fenercioğlu Inc., stated that they will commence a 3,000-unit housing project in Gaziveren, Cyprus in the second half of August and continue their investments in the region. He mentioned their ongoing projects in Antalya, Bodrum, Cyprus, and Spain, and the growing foreign demand for properties in Cyprus.
Fenercioğlu revealed, “We are preparing to make a new investment in Cyprus from the second week of August. According to the latest developments we are monitoring, there is a significant increase in foreign demand for Cyprus. In Gaziveren, a newly opened area for settlement and tourism in Cyprus, we will construct 3,000 apartments. We will start with 1,050 apartments initially and complete this investment in stages over the next four years. We will also continue our commercial investments in different regions of Cyprus. Gaziveren and Girne are among the regions expected to appreciate in value. At Fenercioğlu Inc., we believe in Cyprus’s potential.”
He mentioned that they are working with nearly 100 engineers and have 20 ongoing projects. Their goal for the next two years is to have up to 50 construction sites simultaneously in various locations worldwide. They have plans for projects in Istanbul, among other areas, and ongoing investments in Antalya, Bodrum, Cyprus, and Spain. Fenercioğlu concluded, “We are starting new projects in Antalya, Bodrum, Cyprus, and Spain.”
